TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VIEWING PROPERTY

Our inspection visit offer is based on 2 persons sharing standard 3 star accommodation using standard class flights.

4 and 5 star accommodation is available at extra cost direct by the purchasers.

800 euros is the maximum budget amount to be refunded to purchasers with this offer.
Clients wishing to purchase a one bedroom or smaller apt.or small budget acquisition are offered a maximum of 500 euros..

We will refund the total amount of the inspection trip (up to a maximum of 800 euros)

The refund of the inspection visit (up to a max. of 800 euros) will be made on receipt of cleared funds for the full 10% deposit to purchase being received into Candu Tenerife SL bank account.

Inspection visit duration is normally between 4-7 days.

The inspection visit includes flights and accommodation for two people up to a maximum of 800 euros budget. Meals and transfer costs are not included.
